Another Example of "You Just Never Know"

Last week I was checking in people who had appointments. An Asian man came up to check in. He is disabled and uses a motorized wheelchair. I checked him in and got him his shopping cart full of food. I wheeled the cart over to a work table so he could take what he wanted. He does not have a car.  He placed a big plastic shopping bag on his lap and put the strap around the back of his neck. He proceeded to put whatever he needed in that bag.  Most of it was fresh produce. That bag was very heavy and was pulling on his neck.Then he placed a gallon of milk between his feet.  His English is pretty good so Daniel, one of our fabulous interns, and I were talking with him. He told us since he doesn't drive he would be riding home in his wheelchair with the food. That trip takes him 30 minutes! Daniel said he could take the food and drive it to the man's apartment. Before the man left, another one of our fabulous interns, Ryver, came over and started talking to the man in Chinese...
